Caring TV's programming consists of structured activities, interactive discussion programmes and sessions with professionals, which the customer can participate in either individually or as part of a group. Programming will be developed together with customers and professionals.
Caring TV can also be used to contact professionals, peer groups, friends and relations. Programming is diverse and a variety of remote monitoring and security devices can be added. The programmes and chosen e-services are participative, informative and supportive - the focus is on the participation and empowerment of the clients.
